Monitoring raw materials and our production process
Supreme Corq monitors quality control of our incoming raw materials as well as our production process. Suppliers are selected based on industry expertise, quality certification and ability to satisfy quality assurance requirements.
All Supreme Corq suppliers are required to be ISO 9000 certified or working towards certification.
All suppliers are required to submit certificates of analysis with lot information traceable to supplier production. In addition, transportation service providers are required to supply service in compliance with food packaging standards (AIB).
Ensuring a quality production process
Supreme Corq has instituted a number of procedures and quality control steps to ensure the consistency and quality of every corq we manufacture.
Samples are routinely measured from all production machines at planned intervals and checked for compliance against a variety of attributes, including:
- physical parameters
- print quality
- surface treatment
- extraction and insertion performance
