SupremeCorq T-top
One of the innovations from our traditional SurpremeCorq is the T-Top.
This unique one piece concept is a combination cap and corq. Because cap and shank are fused together during production, they are always in perfect alignment. Thus, T-Tops will not crumble in bottles or chip on production lines, allowing bottling lines to run more effectively and efficiently. T-Top caps can be printed with brand logos to enhance overall packaging appeal.
T-Tops are ideal for sealing fine spirits as well as food products such as vinegars and syrups. As with all Supreme Corq products, the T-Top forms a TCA free seal, thereby eliminating off-flavors associated with traditional tree bark closures.
T-Tops also eliminate cork dust and glue drops. They’re unbreakable and come in any cap/corq color combination imaginable.
No corkscrew device is needed to remove a T-top from the bottle. What’s more, T-Tops do not leave harmful razor sharp edges like a screwcap.
Each T-Top undergoes a variety of tests, including dimensional testing (length, weight, diameter), coating consistency, insertion/extraction force and torque to ensure optimum product performance.
