SupremeCorq X2

Introduced in 2006, the SupremeCorq X2 is engineered to significantly reduce oxygen permeability through a dramatic improvement of the internal cell structure of the closure.

The SupremeCorq X2 has twice the oxygen barrier properties of the SupremeCorq Original.

This technological breakthrough helps preserve wine freshness and character, giving the potential for longer shelf life.

SupremeCorq X2 provides long term sealing potential and neutrality. SupremeCorq X2 oxygen permeability is comparable to high-grade/high-cost tree bark cork and superior to any competitive synthetic offerings. Its oxygen transmission rate has a low standard deviation and hence provides a consistent and predictable seal. SupremeCorqs are neutral and do not impart flavor or support microbial growth. Wine bottles can also be stored in an upright position, making transportation and storage easier.
